HSE Poster Alert

Please note the HSE’s health and safety law poster was updated in April 2009 but you have 5 years (by 5th April 2014) in which to replace the old one. Sadly, there are a number of scams being attempted on employers, trying to sell them copy versions or expensive packs that included the poster. You will be able to check that you have a genuine HSE law poster by checking the unique, serially numbered hologram on each poster. HSE has already lodged official complaints about a number of promotions with the Advertising Standards Authority.  Their complaints are currently being investigated and they are awaiting the outcome of their enquiries.
