BODYCOTE TESTING GROUP BECOMES EXOVA

Bodycote Testing Group, the worldwide testing and advisory business, has been renamed Exova following the sale of the business by Bodycote plc to global private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier and Rice last year. The transition to the Exova brand will take place over the next 5 months to be completed by October 2009.

Warrington Certification Ltd will become part of Exova (UK) Ltd and will continue to operate just as before as a separate entity.  The certification brands, namely; Warrington Certification, CERTIFIRE and FIRAS will also remain.
